7th Annual Legislative Forum: Friday, January 4, 2019

How do I participate?

1)  Advocacy Task Force aligns the advocacy efforts in the Inland Empire with the State CHI (CCHI) priorities to ensure continuity in the advocacy message for children’s health.

• Maintains relationships with regional legislators
• Tracks legislative bills and actions
• Coordinates advocacy efforts with IE-CHI members/partners in the region
• Hosts an annual Legislative Forum on Children’s Health  Issues in the IE
• Meetings by conference call the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 12-1
• Capitol Day visits annually in Sacramento 

2) Rural Health Task Force : Focus: to explore the challenges in health coverage and services in the Inland Empire Rural Communities. To identify effective solutions to challenges impacting child and family health.Meetings by conference call the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9:30-10:30
